Can I return or exchange my item?
A. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference. All items are made to order after purchase.

How should I choose my size?
A. For tops and outerwear, use “Body width (flat) × 2 = garment chest”. We recommend about 8–12 cm of ease over your body chest.

A. Estimated production time: T-shirts 2–5 business days / Hoodies & Zip hoodies 3–7 / Slip-on shoes 5–10. Shipping time varies by destination after production.
